Our Anchor facility is an excellent location for warehousing goods and materials along a strategic transportation and distribution route. Our primary building has over 23,000 square feet of combined office and warehouse space. A second building has approximately 4,000 square feet of additional storage space. Additionally, we have municipal approval to construct two additional 15,000-square-foot warehouse buildings. Both buildings are surrounded by 17 acres of solid surface/pavement.
Our facility offers a flexible-use site ideal for trucking services, warehousing/storage, office space, or other commercial enterprises.

Our Anchor facility provides an excellent location for firms providing brokerage services facilitating the shipment of goods between the United States and Canada. Located less than three miles from the US- Canadian border, our location is convenient, easily accessible, and provides options for multiple brokerage tenants. We offer professional office space with all amenities to support the administration involved in the process of shipping goods internationally. If needed, warehouse space or outdoor parking/storage are available on our 19-acre location that is secure, and convenient. We also can build out space to meet specific needs.

Our Anchor facility provides multiple self-storage options in newly constructed, securable units. Units come in five size options ranging from 5’ x 10’ through 15’ x 30’ providing options for any storage need. Our units are conveniently located on our Anchor facility on Wellesley Island just off I-81 between the Thousand Islands Bridge and the US/Canadian border.
